R is an open source programming language and software environment for statistical programming and visualizations. R provides a wide variety of statistical (linear and nonlinear modelling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, classification, clustering, …) and graphical techniques, and is highly extensible. Together with NumPy, R is one of the widest used statistical programming languages and it only gains in popularity.
R is free under the GNU General Public License and can be installed on Windows, Mac and Linux.
This is a training course that will teach you the basics of R programming. We will help you setup your R environment, whether you’re on Windows or Mac.
