Since a couple of years MultiMinds helps us on a strategic level with data analytics. They are structuring the measurement of our multiple sites and social media channels worldwide. They also take care of the technical implementation and analysis of our data, with the help of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics among others.
Our flagship is progress.im, a content site for HealthCare Professionals about mainly brain diseases (depression, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, Schizophrenia, …). MultiMinds determined our KPIs and a measurement framework during several workshops. They are also responsible for the technical realisation of this project. For our social media channels they defined a KPI and measurement framework as well. They analyse this data on a monthly basis.
We now have a strong and specialised in-house team that can analyse our data with the support of MultiMinds. Thanks to these insights we are able to successfully determine which articles appeal to our target audience and which not. This way we can be more effective on our channels.
